SerCom Grows Network in China
2 December 2005 SerCom Solutions have just completed another visit to China to meet existing Network Partners and evaluate new suppliers. SerCom is planning to add a new range of products to the existing portfolio. Our current offering includes, Hardrives, PCB´s, Power Cords, Ribbon Cables, Fibre Optics, Chassis, Fasteners, CD´s, Printers, Telecomm equipment, print etc.
The new product listing will focus on consumer electronics, for distribution initially in Irlandia and the UK. Discussions with new suppliers, which started in Chiny are ongoing, consideration being given to Capacity, Terms and Conditions, Product Road Maps. To allow our customers more flexibility in the product range, some items will be customised at the SerCom Solutions Limerick facility.
As part of the trip to Chiny, SerCom Solutions took the opportunity to co-organise a visit by Irish companies to Chiny. The other organisers were Shannon Development and Supply Network Shannon. The companies went to a trade exhibition and visited companies to evaluate opportunities for the future. SerCom Solutions is ideally positioned to act for these companies managing the entire Supply Network, allowing the companies to concentrate on their market and design strengths.
In early 2006 SerCom Solutions will add another senior Supply Chain expert to our Team, based in our Shenzhen office.
