SerCom Solutions Supply Chain Director addresses NITL SCM Seminar.
1 July 2005 The outsourcing seminar entitled OUTSOURCING - THE KEY TO YOUR FUTURE COMPETITIVENESS was held in Dublin on Wednesday 22nd June and was attended by leading companies in the Irish Supply Chain Industry.
NITL´s (National Institute for Transport and Logistics) objective in holding the seminar was to develop and understanding on how outsourcing can benefit businesses through increased efficiencies that allow them to concentrate on core revenue building activities. SerCom´s Supply Chain Director, Rose McCarthy, outlined the role of SerCom Solutions as a leading outsourcing partner and explained how best to manage outsourcing relationships. Her presentation entitled, ´Outsourcing - A Providers View´ also gave an insight into how providers add value to client companies as well as offering real life examples of successful outsourcing projects.
